Over the last 40 years Uffe Elbæk has been central in Danish public life when it comes to social and democratic innovation, value based entrepreneurship and meaningful leadership.
Again and again his trademark has been to strengthen the voice of culture, youth and the arts in society as well as reinventing what is possible when it comes to higher education and national politics.
He is the founder and former principal of the leadership education The KaosPilots, former Minister for Culture, founder and former party leader of the green party The Alternative and today represents The Independent Greens in the Danish Parliament.
As a member of The Foreign Affairs Commitee his focus has been human rights issues in Palestine, Polen, Turkey, Russia and China.
He is also a popular international speaker and board member as well as a columnist and author of several books. He recently published his memoirs to critical acclaim.
