Samer Daoudi (Palestinian Non-Governmental Organizations Network) : Mr. Samer Daoudi is the Policy Advisor. researcher and trainer at PNGO, which is umberalla network consistenting of 142 NNGOs whom work in different development, humanitarian and human rights areanas. I strives to support, consolidate, and strengthen Palestinian civil society, based on the principles of democracy, social justice and sustainable development. Engaged in various humanitarian matters including civic space, triple nexus and localization. I hold a Masters degree in Public Administration from the California State University East Bay and a B.A. in International Relations from the San Francisco State University.
