Raed Labassi is an information security engineer. He works with Amnesty Tech’s Security Lab as a technologist where he carries out technical investigations into cyber attacks against civil society and particularly unlawful targeted surveillance. Raed is based in Amnesty International’s Tunis regional office while working with the Security Lab. Besides carrying out research projects on surveillance technology, his job also involves providing community outreach and support to victims of digital attacks.
